Breakfast sandwich of the week: olive oil-fried egg with burrata and yellow tomato-basil jam inspired by my favorite antipasti at Colori Kitchen. 
I used this jam recipe with yellow tomatoes, a splash of balsamic vinegar instead of the lemon juice, and a 1/4 c. of basil.
Sadly, there was no ricotta cheesecake for breakfast-dessert.
