A most satisfyingly chewy cookie made with sunflower seed butter and milk chocolate. And no flour!
I’m guessing any nut butter, chocolate, or other mix-ins will work in this recipe, but If you’ve ever been addicted to those candy-coated milk chocolate-sunflower seeds, this cookie’s for you.
It’s a good snack, maybe with an iced tea-lemonade, for planning out the rest of your summer. Because it’s not over until you say it’s over.
